    [Introduction to S-101 ENC Production]
    This new training course provides you with a practical hands-on introduction to the International Hydrographic Organization (IHO) S-101 Electronic Navigational Chart (ENC) Product Specification as it is used to create S-101 Edition 1.0 ENC products with the widely used CARIS S-57 Composer electronic chart production software. The course introduces basic S-101 terminology and concepts, defining new S-101 ENCs and importing S-57 ENC data, creating and editing S-101 features, and how to complete, export and update S-101 products. It includes hands-on practical examples of creating and processing S-101 1.0 ENC products in the CARIS S-57 Composer 4.1 software. 
    A copy of CARIS S-57 Composer 4.1 and a valid entitlement (EMS License) for the S-57 Composer and S-100 Modules are required for you to complete the training exercises portion of the course (these items are not included with the course).

    [S-100 Online Workshop]

    Teledyne CARIS is pleased to present this short online training program that looks at the new International Hydrographic Organization (IHO) S-100 Standard, and the related S-101 Electronic Navigational Chart (ENC) Product Specification that is being developed to support the creation of next generation ENC products. This workshop shows examples of creating and processing S-100 products in CARIS S-57 Composer but no software is required in order to participate. Software is not included with the course.
